Walpole, MA – Walpole Express assistant captain Kyle Moss has committed to Connecticutt College in New London, CT for the fall of 2017. The 6’1, 190 lbs. defenseman from Sutton, MA is a smooth skating, offensive D-man who brings a lot of versatility to the back end. Kyle is a big addition to the Camels who play in the very competitive NESCAC Conference.
“Kyle came to us via Phillips Andover Academy and has developed a tremendous amount in 2 seasons,” said Coach Lounsbury. “He was a huge asset to our team and will be for Connecticut College next season. Kyle’s ability to skate and read the play will make him an impact college player from day one,” said Lounsbury.
In 42 games this season Moss posted 3 goals, and 26 assists for 29 points on the blue line. Kyle was also names to 2nd Team All EHL.
“I couldn’t thank my parents, family and friends enough for always being there for support and guidance. I would also like to thank the Walpole Express for two unforgettable years, and coach Lounsbury for his impact on us as a coach and mentor both on and off the ice. I am extremely grateful and excited to continue the next four years at Connecticut College,” said Moss.
